Another new pro joins the expanding Irish scene
Another young fighter is to make the moves to the Irish pro scene in the current months.
Moldovan-born Victor Rabei is to enter the paid game with Red Corner Promotions who describe him as “Ireland’s newest and soon to be top light welterweight.”
The Dublin-based fighter was a regular at the National Stadium at Novice and Intermediate level but is one of many who was seen as ‘one for the pros.’

Recently ‘The Chisinau Cyclone’ has been over in England sparring with British champion Tyrone Nurse ahead of his title fight with Joe Hughes next weekend.
Rabei already has a debut date set and will feature on the Red Corner ‘For Honour & Pride’ card at the National Stadium in Dublin on Saturday June 24th. Here he will join Tallaght super middleweight Thomas Finnegan, inner-city light middleweight Craig O’Brien, and the exciting Irish middleweight title fight between Luke Keeler and Darren Cruise.
Ticket details and further fighters will be announced soon.
