WATCH: Con Sheehan’s Irish debut

Con Sheehan was given a good test on his Irish debut last night in Belfast.

The Clonmel heavyweight outpointed Pole Kamil Sokolowski 79:74 to move to 4(1)-0 on the Boxnation ‘Homecoming’ show at the Titanic Exhibition Centre.

Going past four rounds for the first time as a pro, Sheehan coped well with the longer format as he was made to work for every inch by the Plymouth-based Pole.
