Gerard Whitehouse will fight for the fourth time as a pro on Friday night at the Red Cow Hotel.

The cousin of Andy Lee made his pro debut in November last year and has been busy throughout his first year as a professional.

After weighing in ahead of his bout against Radoslav Mitev on Friday, Whitehouse had a chat with Irish-boxing.com.

The talented welterweight said he is happy with how his first 12 months as a professional have panned out and that he is looking to kick on and fight for a title next year.
