James Tennyson [16(12)-2(2)] has been handed a comeback date in his home city of Belfast.

The big-punching ‘Assassin’ has been confirmed as a late addition to the November 5th Boxnation show at the Titanic Exhibition Centre.

Tennyson will be returning to the ring for the first time since his British featherweight title loss to Ryan Walsh in April and will be making the move four pounds north to super featherweight.

The card will be topped by Commonwealth super flyweight champion Jamie Conlan, while there is also a professional debut for Paddy Barnes, an all-Irish light welter clash between Tyrone McKenna and Sean Creagh, and huge fights for Marco McCullough and Phil Sutcliffe Jr against Michael Roberts Jr and Chris Jenkins respectively, as well as further appearances from Deco Geraghty, Sean Turner, Con Sheehan, and Gary Sweeney.
