More cancellation woe for McMahon- opponent pulls out of title shot
FORTUNE it seems doesn’t always favour the brave, as Christina McMahon suffered more cancellation heart break this week.
Ireland’s only pro female fighter was due to fight Aniya Seki in a WBC International title fight in Germany this coming weekend and if victorious would have took a giant step toward a World title shot.
However, the Monaghan puncher, who bravely accepting the challenge at two weeks notice, was informed just before she set off for Germany that the Japanese puncher pulled out.
It is not the first time McMahon has seen fights fall through among a number of bouts she felt she had secured was a clash with World Champion Suzi Ramadan.
