American pundits leaning towards Quigg

Carl Frampton may be the favourite going into his PPV showdown with Scott Quigg, but ESPN are leaning towards his English opponent.

On the ‘Making the Rounds’ segment, presenters Brian Campbell and Todd Grisham both opted for Quigg in the Manchester mega-fight, citing his size advantage.

Frampton however does have some backers Stateside, with ESPN chief boxing writer Dan Rafael picking the Belfast man to emerge victorious.

Rafael mused that “It really can go either way.”

“I think if Carl Frampton is okay making the weight […] I kinda like Frampton by a little bit.”
