Donegal middleweight Jason Quigley was made work for his ninth professional win last night.

The Golden Boy prospect was fighting tough Texan Marchristopher Adkin at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas, and the Ballybofey man didn’t have it all his own way.

Quigley was brought the distance for the first time in his career and suffered a cut in the third round, but emerged victorious on a unanimous decision.
