It has been emotional week for the entire Irish-boxing family with the tragic passing of Eamonn Magee Jr and Paddy Hyland snr.
Irish light middleweight champion Dee’ Waldo’ Walsh would have felt it as much as anyone considering Magee Jr was his friend and sparring partner.
The 25 year old weighed not long after an emotional farewell to Magee Jr in Belfast, but stressed his is focused on getting the job done on Dee Day on Saturday.
Walsh faces tough Pole Patryk Litkiewicz on the top of a Devinish hosted card.
