Tennyson: Traynor stands between me a British title – I’ll move him out of my way

James Tennyson talked to irish-boxing.com after his impressive stoppage victory over George Gachechiladze in the Europa Hotel on Saturday night.

The 22 year old who has graduated from ‘The Baby-Faced Assassin’ to just ‘The Assassin’ was tipped to stop the journeyman, but the manner in which he took him out impressed all in attendance.

The featherweight talked about his stoppage win and the confidence it gave him, and looked forward to his British title eliminator with Darren Traynor, which manager and promoter Mark Dunlop hopes to host in Belfast.
