Supporters bus for Macklin-Sosa Pintos

The Irish Boxing Supporters Club has organised a bus and ticket deal to the upcoming Matthew Macklin Rafa Sosa Pintos Sierra Fight Night at the National Stadium on December 5.

Return transport from Belfast/Banbridge/Newry and Dundalk is available for fight fans hoping to see European middleweight champion Macklin in action ahead of a proposed World Title fight in 2010.

The undercard is led by Paulie Hylands Irish Super Bantamweight title defence against Eugene Heagney. The Irish super-middleweight title will also be contested as Anthony Fitzgerald and Lee Murtagh go head to head. Other notables on the undercard are unbeaten Cork-based Cuban Luis Garcia, undefeated Dundalk Lightweight Michael Kelly and new Belfast pro Jamie Conlan.

Earlier this month the Supporters Club ran a successful ticket and bus trip to the Odyssey Arena for Martin Rogans clash with Sam Sexton and plans are advanced for this years National Boxing Awards on January 23.

The supporters club was launched last year and since then has organised trips to fights at the Kings Hall, O2 and Odyssey Arena. In January, the Supporters Club will stage the second annual National Boxing Awards in Belfast.
