Messages of support flood in from Irish boxers for Carl Frampton ahead of Santa Cruz rematch
In just a few hours time Carl Frampton will step into the ring at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas to defend his WBA featherweight title in a rematch against Leo Santa Cruz – and the entire Irish boxing family is behind him.
Ahead of the super-fight, well-wishes have been flooding in for ‘The Jackal’ from his fellow fighters who are all backing their man to prevail once again.
The greatest Irish boxer of modern times is a hugely admired and well-liked figure on the island and this can be seen in the levels of support he draws.
