December Dublin card given live TV boost
The FS Promotions ‘History in the Making’ show on Saturday December 3rd at the National Stadium has been handed a big boost with the announcement that it will be broadcast live.
The Dublin-hosted card will be shown in its entirety live on Sky free-to-air channel 468 as part of the new ‘It’s A-Bout Boxing’ schedule.
The show on the South Circular Road will be headlined by Monaghan super flyweight Christina McMahon [7(3)-2(0)] who challenges champion Linda ‘Triple L’ Lecca [12(3)-2(1)-2] of Peru for the WBA title – the first women’s World title bout to ever take place in Ireland.
Four fighters have been announced for the undercard thus far: war-loving Belfast lightweight Paul Hyland Jr [13(4)-0], Derry former amateur star Tyrone McCullagh [5(4)-0], skillful Celtic Warrior Bernard Roe [4(0)-0], and Loughlinstown newcomer Jay Byrne [2(1)-0].
