Casey secures Kiko tilt

Willie Big Bang Casey has won the race to get the first crack at European super-bantamweight champion Kiko Martinez.

Limerick native Casey beat off the intentions of Dubliner Paulie Hyland for the opportunity and full details of the bout will be announced in Limerick on Monday afternoon.

Brian Peters Promotions will stage the event which will represent the first European title fight ever to be held in Limerick.
