Cacace registers impressive KO win in Hungry

ANTHONY Cacace registered an impress knock out victory in Hungry on Sunday night.

The former Irish super featherweight champion was expected to beat journey man Karoly Lakatos, but considering tall Hungarian operates at light welterweight at stoppage win wasn’t necessarily predicted.

However the Cyclone Promotions puncher pushed his record to 11-0 by halting proceedings in the third stanza.

Lakatos had brought Irish fighters Oisin Fagan and Gerard Whiltehouse to the scorecards and lasted four rounds with big punching light welterweight Phillip Sutcliffe Jr, but couldn’t make it past nine minutes with the Belfast prospect.
