WATCH – Southpaw: The Francis Barrett Story

This month, 17 years after its release, ‘Southpaw: The Francis Barrett Story’ has been added to YouTube.

The Liam McGrath-directed documentary follows the story of the Galway boxer who represented Ireland most notably at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.

The award-winning feature details the social and cultural barriers which Barrett, a traveller, faced and it is an engrossing watch.
