WATCH: Joe Ward’s fight v Russia

Joe Ward was in cruise-control on Friday night at the National Stadium.

The Moate light heavyweight took on Russian Eduard Abdrakhmanov in a test international and never looked troubled.

Still only 22, The World silver medalist competes at the Rio Olympics next month where he will be a big medal hope for Ireland.
