Jamie Conlan and Anthony Nelson took to the scales ahead of their Commonwealth title fight on Friday afternoon.

Both made the super flyweight limit and Conlan will challenge the South Sheild’s 30 year old for the rainbow coloured title at the Copper Box tomorrow night.

Conlan, sporting a Marbella training camp helped tan, looked in good shape and in relaxed move ahead of the clash.
