Stephen Ormond gave Irish-boxing.com his first interview since he was disqualified in ‘the most important fight’ of his career.

Ormond claimed he was as surprised as anyone with the fact he lost his cool and explained it was borne out of frustration at being held.

‘The Rock’ claims his confidence hasn’t been affected and he is still in the hunt for big fights. Indeed he told new WBA Interim champ Derry Matthews a rematch is only a phone call away.
