At a recent public workout at David Haye’s Gym in London, IBF Super Bantamweight Champion Carl Frampton spoke to realcombatmedia.com.
Frampton said that he believes that he is the best fighter in the division but in order for other people to start believing it he will have to beat Guillermo Rigondeaux.
