Coalisland lightweight Feargal McCrory registered his second victory as a professional on Saturday night at the Europa Hotel in Belfast.

McCrory looked impressive on his way to a points victory over Hungarian Peter Mellar in front of some loud and vocal support.

Post fight, the John Breen trained McCrory spoke to Irish-boxing.com about the bout and his plans for the future.

He said he felt he performed well and learned from the experience but he thought that inexperience meant he didn’t get the stoppage.
