The Irish Boxing Forum Podcast – Episode 2

In this latest episode of the Forum, Steve Wellings from Irishboxingreview.com is joined by Irish-boxing.com duo Jonny Stapleton and Derek McKenna. There is also a debut for the official voice of reason Niall Doran of Doran’s Boxing Blog.

The panel discuss Mark Dunlop’s latest Devenish show as well as Andy Lee’s WBO title defence against Peter Quillin and the Billy Joe Saunders conundrum. The four wise men touch on Carl Frampton’s big Odyssey scrap, Guillermo Rigondeaux’s search for a decent opponent, big opportunities for Luke Keeler and Stephen Ormond and American adventures for Patrick Hyland and Gary O’Sullivan.

They closed out with a rundown of Gennady Golovkin-Martin Murray and relived the best of Oscar De La Hoya as the Golden Boy turns 42.
