Moylette and Hickey Box Off Tomorrow

Ray Moylette, the current European champion, and Ross Hickey, the current Irish Elite champion, will meet in a box-off at the National Stadium in Dublin on Friday (September 2nd) night.
The bout has been arranged to decide the light-welterweight (64Kg) position on the Irish team for the upcoming AIBA World Championships and Olympic qualifiers in Baku, Azerbaijan.
A number of additional bouts will be added to Friday’s card. These will be confirmed shortly.
Boxing begins at 7.30pm at the National Stadium.
The 2011 AIBA World Championships glove off on Monday, September 26 at the Sport Exhibition Centre in Baku.
Over 120 nations have registered to compete at the World Championships which looks set to break all previous records for entries for an AIBA event.
