Ireland versus Italy and France results

France and Ireland drew 2-2 in today’s meeting at the University of Jordanstown in Antrim.

Brendan Irvine and Kieran Molloy both won but Aoife O Rourke and Emmet Brennan lost out on the day.

A number of exhibition bouts and non-scoring contests were also decided this morning and early afternoon.

Ireland beat Italy yesterday and will meet Great Britain tomorrow morning at the University of Jordanstown (11am).

No scores will be kept in the Ireland v Great Britain match.

A day previous Ireland recorded a 6-4 win over Italy at the University of Jordanstown.

Kellie Harrington, Brendan Irvine, Kurt Walker, Aoife O’Rourke and Aidan and Michaela Walsh all had their hand raised in victory.

Ireland will take part in a non-scoring match with Great Britain on Sunday morning.

The Ireland v Great Britain matches will be streamed live on the Ulster Boxing Council official Facebook page.

Boxing begins at 11am.
