Friendly and Frosty – Irish fighters go head-to-head in Belfast

Irish fighters went head-to-head today in Belfast ahead of the big BoxNation show at the Waterfront Hall on Friday.

The final press conference took place this afternoon at the fight venue, and brought together the participants in the two big all-Ireland battles.

At super feather, James Tennyson takes on Declan Geraghty for the Irish title, while at light welterweight Tyrone McKenna defends his BUI Celtic belt against Jake Hanney.

The four came face-to-face today, and while Geraghty and Tennyson shared a laugh and a joke, there was tension in the air between McKenna and Hanney.
