Barnes: Vote Tyson Fury for my award!
Light flyweight kingpin and Twitter star Paddy Barnes feels that he should not win the Irish-Boxing.com Social Media Star of the Year award named in his honour.
Barnes believes that his antics have this year been superseded by anther man, Tyson Fury, and the Belfast boxer told irish-boxing.com that “I think Tyson Fury should get it.”
Explaining his reasoning behind picking the all-singing, all-dancing heavyweight World Champion, Barnes argues that “It’s my award and I should get to pick who wins it – Tyson Fury wins it.”
Barnes currently leads in the poll for the award, but former Irish champion Fury is hot on his tail.
