All Eyez on Brussells slot for Irish heavyweight

Paddy Nevin [4(0)-0] is the latest Irish fighter to be confirmed on the All Eyez on Brussells 2 card.

The Dublin heavyweight will fight a yet-to-be-confirmed opponent on the Only O1ne promoted card.

Irish-boxing.com understands the 28-year-old will compete over six rounds for the first time.

Nevin joins O’Rourke Gym stablemates John Cooney, Tiernan Bradley, Ryan O’Rourke and Keane McMahon on the June 19 Belgium card.

Considering O’Rourke, Bradley and McMahon have been handed fights of genuine note suggests Nevin could face somewhat of a step up next month.

Nevin ended a year out of action with victory in Alcala la Real, Spain in April.

The big man outpointed debutant Freddy Ponguillo over four rounds to continue his unbeaten start to pro-life.
