Totana Boxeo tournament details
After the success of the September tournament Sam Storey is pleased to confirm the dates for the SENIORS tournament in the new year.
This tournament will be conducted under AIBA rules and is run by the SPANISH AMATEUR BOXING FEDERATION.
The next TOTANA BOXEO tournament will be held 10, 11, 12 MARCH 2016. The teams will arrive 9 March and depart 13 March.
This tournament is open to men and women born in 1997 or before. The weight categories are split into 2 groups group A – 15 fights or more, group B – 14 fights or less.
Weight categories are the following:
MEN:KG 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, 69, 75, 81, 91, 91+kg.
WOMEN:KG 51, 60, 75.
This tournament will have the same format as the previous one. It is a complete package which includes airport transfers from Alicante or Murcia San Javier airport, full board hotel accommodation (the hotel has pool, spa, gym, padel courts, bowling alley), all meals in the hotel are included plus all tournament entry fees.
Places are limited so please contact us as soon as possible to receive your official invitation from the Spanish Amateur Boxing Federation. We now have 12 different countries confirmed in this tournament. Please note that this tournament is on the official AIBA list for 2016.
