Matthew Macklin was in Dublin on Thursday to announce a ‘New Beginning’ in Irish Boxing.

The former Irish, British and European champion spoke to Irish-boxing.com and discussed how Boxnation and MGM plan to rejuvenate the Irish boxing scene.

Macklin also spoke about how he sees the Andy Lee Vs Billy Joe Saunders world title fight at Thomand Park playing out and his own career plans.
