Two fighters forced off Belfast BoxNation bill

The big Belfast BoxNation card this coming Friday [March 10th] at the Waterfront Hall has been hit by two withdrawals.

Injury has forced both Liverpudlian flyweight Kevin Satchell [16(3)-0] and local lightweight Joe Fitzpatrick [7(4)-0] off the bill.

Satchell, managed by MTK, is an undefeated former European, British, and Commonwealth title holder, and some had mooted him to be a perfect opponent for Irish Olympic hero Paddy Barnes in the near future.

Fitzpatrick, managed by Mark Dunlop, had been set to appear on his second card from promoter Queensberry. While the withdrawal will be frustrating for the Divis youngster, he has another date on the horizon, with a slot pencilled in on the inaugural Kieran Farrell Promotions Belfast bill at the Devenish Complex on Saturday April 22nd.

An exceedingly high quality bill remains featuring the following:
Jamie Conlan v Yader Cardoza
James Tennyson v Declan Geraghty
Tyrone McKenna v Jake Haney
Paddy Barnes
Lewis Crocker
Marco McCullough
Phil Sutcliffe
Con Sheehan
Steven Ward
Gary Corcoran
Sean Turner
Troy Williamson

Tickets are available through the Waterfront Hall (CLICK HERE) or through the boxers themselves (which is the avenue we would recommend).
