So without further ado, the Liffey Crane Hire Irish Boxer of the month for November is:

The underage medal machine announced himself on the senior scene with a sensational Ulster Elite Championships win.

The Belfast lightweight took top honours in the provincial tournament, and took the Best Overall Boxer award in the process.

McGivern defeated Irish U22 champion Dylan Duffy in the semis before an astounding display against Commonwealth bronze medalist Sean Duffy.

Showing he can both box and fight, the teenager claimed a clear win and now looks likely to be picked for the Northern Ireland team for next year’s Commonwealth Games in Australia.
