Darren Corbett won’t be seeing ragging in the Devinish on September 12.
‘The Raging Bull’ was scheduled to fight for the first time since 2012, on a Malta Boxing Commission show, but has pulled off the card.
The 43 year old fan favourite hasn’t confirmed if he has returned to retirement or not stating this show just came too quick for him.
Speaking on social media Corbett said:
“Not fighting in the Devenish in 2 weeks time wanted too come back badly but couple off problems held me back. There is just not enough time. I don’t want to let anyone down.”
The Devinish hosted show will play host to an Joe Hillerby John Waldron clash as well as fights for Tommy Tolan, Mark Morris, Barry McGuigan, Darren Mangan, Conor Doherty and more.
