The final head-to-head between Carl Frampton and Scott Quigg today was an explosive affair in front of an electric Belfast crowd.

The super bantamweght duo came face-to-face for the last time before fight week and it certainly wasn’t short on drama.

Trash talk ensued during the face-off in front of the Belfast man’s home crowd, with Quigg telling him that it will just be the two of them in the ring on February 27th, while ‘The Jackal’ told Quigg that his support yesterday was “embarrassing.”

Indeed the tense staredown was only ended when Barry McGuigan pulled Frampton away.
