The Shane McGuigan trained former WSB puncher had a point deducted for a southbound blow, but still managed a comfortable 39-36 victory.
The 22-year old will next be out on the Carl Framptonâs Final Eliminator for the WBC World title clash with Hugo Cazares at the Odyssey on April 4 and he says he enjoyed his pro debut.
