Connor Coyle to fight on Premier Boxing Champions card

Connor Coyle [6(2)-0] impressed some important people in boxing last time out and has been rewarded for his efforts.

Last month the Derry light middleweight dominated the previously-unbeaten Joshua Maxwell last month on a card streamed by Golden Boy Promotions and RingTV and has secured another big fight – this time on national television.

Coyle will feature on a Premier Boxing Champions card on Tuesday November 21st at The Coliseum in St Petersburg, Florida.

The 27 year old will make the step up to eight rounds in this fight and will also take another step up in opposition.

Commonwealth bronze medalist Coyle will face Florida 33 year old Quinton Willis [11(6)-4(1)] in eight weeks time.

The fight will by Coyle’s seventh in 14 months as his pro career rattles along at the perfect pace.

The card, promoted by Fire Fist Boxing, will be televised across the USA on Fox Sports 1.
