If Paddy Gallagher follows orders he can make the most of a ‘huge opportunity’, that’s the opinion of experienced coach John Breen.
‘The Pat Man’ has secured a TV title fight on the Cyclone Promotions show in Wales this coming Saturday and Breen believes he if he boxes to orders he will emerge victorious.
The Belfast coach has been trying to get Gallagher to use guile not just guts since they teamed up and claims if he charge follows the blueprint against Tony Dixon in Wales this weekend he will strap the BBBofC welterweight Celtic Title around his waist.
“If Paddy does what he is told he will win the fight. I have watched Dixon and he is not a bad fighter but I think Paddy can handle him alright and get the job done,” said Breen.
“Neither of them have been in a ten rounder before but Paddy has been sparring eight rounds with Dean Byrne and he is flying. He is in great shape and he knows this is a huge opportunity for him.”
