Stephen Ormond headed for Lanzarote post his IBF Inter continental will in Boston on St Patrick’s Weekend.
‘The Rock’, however, didn’t quite put his feet up permanently. The Clondalkin native found a gym to train in and while he avoided sparring, for fear of repercussions from coach Paschal Collins, he did keep ‘ticking over’ whilst away.
The World title hopeful also took time to talk to the media while in Spain.
Ormond discussed his recent win, his 2016 World title ambitions and he desire for rematch with WBO World champion Terry Flanagan.
Ormond also expressed a desire and willingness to fight Anthony Crolla and more when talking to Scotty Silver.
