Tomorrow at the Liacouras Center Katie Taylor will seek to become a three-belt lightweight champion while Jono Carroll is aiming to take home a super featherweight strap.
In the headline fight, Carroll [16(3)-0-1] challenges IBF super feather champ Tevin Farmer [28(6)-4(2)-1].
It was suggested yesterday during a fractious press conference that the Philly favourite is struggling with the weight – while Carroll admitted that he had trouble in his previous fight hitting the 130lbs limit but is doing better here.
Expect fireworks, too, when the pair go head-to-head for the final time following clashes at both press conferences.

Five pounds up, at lightweight, WBA and IBF champ Taylor should have little issue – less, at least, than the physically larger WBO titlist Rose Volante [14(8)-0].
Also due to appear over six rounds against Colombian Andres Figueroa is Philly-based Olympic silver medallist John Joe Nevin.
The weigh-in is due to begin at 6:00pm (Irish time) with Taylor and Carroll set to be two of the last fighters to take to the scales in the lobby of the Liacouras Center.
