The Hurley brothers claimed another brace of Irish titles for the Tramore BC in Waterford at the National Junior Cadet Championships at Dublin’s National Stadium this afternoon.

Luke and Lorcan Hurley finished on top of the 40kg and 44.5kg podiums on unanimous decision over Kildare’s Martin Ward and Limerick’s Edward Donovan at the home of Irish boxing.

This is the second time in as many months that the Hurley brothers went all the way at the South Circular Road venue, as they both won Boy 3 and Boy 2 titles in April.

The Junior Cadet Championships concluded with 18 finals today.

Eight finals were decided on split decisions.
