Lindsay to face Simpson in December

British featherweight champion Martin Lindsay finally looks set to return to a Belfast ring on December 15.

Unbeaten Lindsay, 17-0, will headline his first bill at the Kings Hall against former Commonwealth champion John Simpson at the South Belfast venue. It will be Mac Man Lindsays first outing in his home city since outclassing Paul Appleby for the British title in April of 2009 and his first bout in the Kings Hall since December 2007 when he outpointed Edison Torres on the John Duddy vs Howard Eastman undercard.

Tickets for the Frank Maloney card will go on sale later this week priced 25-55 from ticketmaster.
