Katie Taylor v Viviane Obenauf – Betting Odds

Katie Taylor steps into the pro ring for the second time tomorrow night at the Manchester Arena on the undercard of the big Anthony Joshua v Eric Molina pay-per-view.

Taylor takes a step up following her debut destruction of Karina Kopinska and will face Brazilian-Swiss lightweight Viviane Obenauf [9(4)-1(0)] in a fight scheduled for six two-minute rounds in front of a massive audience.

While the outright winner odds are prohibitive, there is potential value to be had on the fight if one looks to the extended markets.

In terms of Method of Victory, a stoppage victory for Taylor comes in at 4/11 (general), while a points triumph for the Bray super feather is best-priced at 11/5 (William Hill, Paddy Power, Betfair). By comparison, a KO for Obenauf is 33/1 (Paddy Power, Betfred), while a points win is 66/1 (Paddy Power).
