Eamonn O’Kane will defend his IBF middleweight title in Swindon on March 12th.
The popular Derry puncher fights for the first time since his second career defeat suffered at the gloves of Tureano Johnson in a MSG hosted World title eliminator in October.
O’Kane failed to earn mandatory status for Gennady Golovkin’s belt in that Stateside bout, but impressed with a gutsy and all action display.
The fighter, who retained his IBF World ranking, returns with a meaningful fight on the March Madness card in Swindon and will be looking to build toward another big fight.
O’Kane joins Irish title hopefuls Garvey Kelly and Luke Watkins on the card.
