Comprehensive win for Fury in Derby

Hughie Fury extended his unbeaten record to 16(8)-0 on Saturday in Derby with a shut out win over experienced Brazilian George Arias.

The 20 year old cousin to world title challenger, Tyson Fury, won all ten rounds against the Brazilian champion.

Boxing from the outside, Fury used his jab to control the bout and the 2012 World Youth Champion never looked in trouble.

Arias, a former world title challenger, dropped to 56(42)-13(4) after the loss.

Following the bout, Fury confirmed that he will also appear on the undercard of his cousin’s world title challenge against Wladimir Klitschko on Octobr 24th in Dusseldorf.

Young Fury, brother to Tyson, also had a win on the card, knocking out Ostaps Basins in the first round. With the win, Fury Jr. improved his record to 5(3)-1(0).
