WSB goes Live on the Internet through WSB TV
Lausanne, 27 September 2011 – The WSB is proud to announce the launch of its new YouTube channel WSB TV. The WSB is the first and only professional style boxing competition involving boxers eligible to partake in the Olympics. The competition is set to be a pioneer yet again as this will be the first league based sporting event to have its entire season broadcast on YouTube.
This project was put into life through collaboration between WSB; its media partner Total Sports Asia (TSA) and Google Inc. The scope of this project is huge and is another step forward in exposure for the quickly growing league. With its presence on YouTube, the WSB will be accessible to millions all over the world who did not previously gain access to live matches.

This significant step will emphasize WSB’s true global brand”
Aside from live matches, YouTube users will also gain access to exclusive footage of all the franchises as well as highlights, interviews and other media content. The tagline for WSBTV is “revolutionizing world boxing” and this is certainly the case. The WSB and its YouTube project is a start to a promising future for international boxing.
The channel can be accessed directly from YouTube or through www.worldseriesboxingtv.com and will begin broadcasting live matches from November the 11th when the season kicks off.
