WATCH: Lynn Harvey wins as opponent is disqualified for KICKING

In what must be one of the most bizarre finishes to a fight in Ireland ever, Lynn Harvey [3(2)-1(0)] scored a third round win in Dublin on Saturday.

The Kilbarrack fighter was awarded the victory in her bout at the National Stadium on the Red Corner ‘Unfinished Business’ bill when her opponent Sara Regina Coca was disqualified for KICKING her.

It was actually a competitive fight up until the disqualification and Harvey banished the demons of her previous loss at the National Stadium with a mature display, trading at the start before using her skills to counter and time the Romanian well.

The Hunter was well on her way to a win when her tired-looking opponent slipped back into her preferred sport of Muay Thai and brought an end to the bout.
