Gallagher to open Prizefighter against Ochieng and could face Byrne in the Semi final
Actor Danny Dyer and Lightweight star Kevin Mitchell make the draw
Paddy Gallagher and Erick Ochieng will kick-off the Prizefighter Welterweights 4 on Saturday night at the sold-out York Hall, Bethnal Green live on Sky Sports.
Commonwealth Gold medal winner Gallagher and former English Light Middleweight champion Ochieng were the first names drawn out of the hat by Lightweight favourite Kevin Mitchell and EastEnders actor Danny Dyer live on Ringside.
Waiting for the victor of the opening quarter final will be either Dublin’s Dean Byrne or Berkshire’s Mark Douglas who meet in quarter final number two.
Quarter final number three pits unbeaten Peckham man Johnny Garton against 20 year old Sam Eggington, and the winner will face either former European Lightweight champion Jason Cook tackles Essex’s Johnny Coyle.
Before the eight contenders take centre stage in east London there’s a big night for Islington’s Middleweight star John Ryder who faces Jez Wilson in a British title eliminator, while there are six-rounders for unbeaten Light Welterweight talent Ricky Boylan and Cruiserweight contender Wadi Camacho.
