Irish debut date for Allan Phelan

Top Pro Gif Ad
Kildare’s Allan Phelan [6(4)-2(1)-1] will finally make his Irish debut later this year.

The Newbridge featherweight’s first nine fights took place on the US East Coast but he has since returned to Ireland and has been itching for a home debut.

This wait will end on Saturday December 3rd at the National Stadium on the FS Promotions ‘History in the Making’ card which is headlined by the WBA super flyweight title fight between Christina McMahon and champion Linda Laura Lecca of Peru.

Phelan will have been out of action for over two years before the Dublin fight night rolls round and will be eager to shake off any rust ahead of a busy 2017.

Also featuring on the card will be Dubliners Jay Byrne and Bernard Roe, Belfast fan favourite Paul Hyland Jr, and Derry star Tyrone McCullagh, with more to be announced in the coming days.
