Dublin super featherweight Declan Geraghty [9(2)-1(0)] is in line to dazzle the National Stadium once again on November 7th. MGM today confirmed that ‘Pretty Boy’ will fight on the Dublin show, titled ‘Second Coming,’ that is headlined by Jamie Conlan and will be shown exclusively live on Boxnation TV.
In his last outing, the 25 year old put in a mature performance on the ‘Lights Out at the Plaza’ dinner show in Spain. Here, over six rounds, the slick southpaw outboxed a much larger opponent, Daniel Bazo.
Geraghty, a former world class amateur, will be hoping to put on another good performance in front of a home crowd in just under six weeks time at the site of some of his most famous victories.
From his training base in Spain, the local lad explained that “I’m looking forward to fighting in Dublin again, after my win in July, the crowd was incredible. The atmosphere really makes a difference. I´m putting in the work and I will do the job.”
