Cork’s Eamer Coughlan faces Kazakh bantam Samatali Toltayev, who defeated Aaron McKenna at last year’s World Juniors.

Limerick lightweight Paddy Donovan starts off in the preliminary rounds against Pole Damian Durkacz.

Galway’s Gabriel Dossen boxes first against American light welter Freudis Rojas.

Captain Brett McGinty begins in the preliminary rounds. Here the the Donegal-Derry welter will face Thai fighter Kiattisak Promchuay.

Middleweight Michael Nevin will face either Croatian Matej Uremovic or Kyrgyzstani Mukhammadyusuf Akbarov in his opening bout.

Balbriggan light heavy Christoper O’Reilly starts off against South Korean Tackmin Kim.

Finally, Limerick super heavy Kevin Sheehy has received a bye into the Last 16 and will face either Azeri Mahammad Abdullayev or Lithuanian Marek Korolkov.
