WATCH: Fiery Craig O’Brien v Anthony Fowler weigh-in and head-to-head

Craig O’Brien [8(0)-0] was in fighting form this afternoon in London.

The Dublin light middleweight weighed-in for his eight-round clash with Rio Olympian Anthony Fowler tomorrow night and certainly wasn’t overawed.

The fight on the Dillian Whyte v Joseph Parker pay-per-view undercard at the O2 Arena in London was set for 156lbs [2lbs above the light middleweight limit] and O’Brien looked in career-best shape on the scales.

Despite the catchweight, ‘The Iron’ weighed in on championship weight, tipping the scales at a career-low figure of 10 stone, 13 pounds, 8 ounces (153.5lbs)

Fowler [6(5)-0] followed, also registering a career-low weight of 11 stone, 1 pound, 1 ounce.

The Liverpudlian had reacted angrily to comments made by O’Brien yesterday and, in what was there first face-to-face, the pair had a heated exchange of words.
