Upton Brothers secure new fight dates

Two of the Upton brothers have secured new fight dates.

Light welterweight Anto [14(5)-1(0)] and Irish light middleweight champion Pauly [13(3)-0] will both feature on the second MTK London show at the Brentwood Centre in Essex on Friday May 19th.

Eldest brother Pauly fought on the inaugural MTK London show on St Patrick’s Day, stopping Nikolay Kolyandov in the fourth.

Youngest brother Anto headlined the inaugural Ginley Promotions bill in belfast at the start of the month, outpointing Zaurs Sadihovs over six.

Both were rust-shaking getting-to-know-you bouts under new trainers Harry Andrews and Barry Smith, and the brothers are now looking to progress toward domestic titles.

Middle brother Sonny boxed at the weekend, losing a majority decision to Matty Ryan in an English light middleweight title clash.
